The Delizia Estense vinegar factory is located in Montegibbio at an altitude of 350 meters, on the first hills above Sassuolo. Here, next to an English garden and a centuries-old wood, the Bertoni family grows Trebbiano and Grasparossa vines, which dwell in their ideal habitat for perfect growth given the marly soil with southwestern exposure.
