In this magic hilltop setting the Villa Montecastello is surrounded by the silver light cast by our olive groves, the intense green of vineyards, and rosemary, lavender and jasmin scented air.
All materials used in our kitchen offering ‘bespoken’ meals by appointment are either produced on our organic farm, or sourced from hand selected organic or sustainable farms.
Given our food focus we offer olive oil tours and lunches, as well as cooking classes, and in-depth exploration of the olive oil food world. Our classes also include a Tuscan herbal field and cooking class, as well as a floral decoration class.
