Our Farm
The Farm is ‘organic’ by vocation. On our tuffaceous and fossil rich soil from the time of the Pliocene an olive crop is grown that is particular high in antioxidants and aromatic components. For perfect vegetation and to achieve full maturity the olive tree prefers hillside locations, medium altitude and protection from frost - our location offers exactly this condition.
